GastroAlianza (Spain)

Gastro Alianza promotes and coordinates an innovative platform in Aragon, formed by research centers, public and private entities, and innovative companies in sectors related to quality and innovation aspects of gastronomy: hospitality, food producers, farmers, accommodation, gastronomic tourism, etc. Asociacion Gastro Alianza was coordinating the Working Group GO-Gastro Lonja collaborative agro-food and gastronomic platform, officially approved within the framework of the Rural Development Programme for Aragon 2014-2020 of the Government of Aragon to promote and accelerate innovation in the rural environment with financial support from the European Association for Innovation in Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability, AEI-agri. The Association Gastro Alianza is also promoting the Gastro Villas, an Aragonese tourism initiative to promote the rich and varied gastronomy of Aragon Region, by making its towns/villages original and didactic space of flavours, aromas and sensations.

KAI (Lithuania)

NGO from Lithuania 'Creative Future Ideas (KAI)' is working with disabled target groups and organizations in non-formal education field. Our trainers and social workers have big experience in using non-formal training methods in education, organizing seminars, conferences, events. KAI works as umbrella organization, connecting deaf people organizations from West Lithuania region, schools, training centers.

Activities:

• Organize online and live seminars, trainings, events, contests, an educational support projects, engage in sponsored search, develops creative publishing activities, educational topics;
• Communicate and cooperate with schools, kindergartens, enterprises, institutions, organizations, spreading positive experience in disabled training, improving their employees' skills, solving performance problems, provide methodological support professional.
• Looking for economic, technical and international relations
• Provide sociological researches in education and training

SYN TIS ALLIS KOINSEP is a social cooperative enterprise founded at 2014, in Volos, Thessaly (Central) Greece, from a team of producers and professionals aimed to develop the employment and the entrepreneurship

The main objectives of the enterprise are:

• The protection of the natural environment, through the production, manufacturing and conservation of the bio agri-foods, the creation of a network of producers, SMEs and Universities to promote the research in the traditional and local agrifoods.
• The development of the skills and competences, with training, know how transferring and information.
• The alternative and thematic tourism. The production, transformation, promotion of the local and cultural heritage
• The long-time experience of the members of the Cooperative Enterprise in the training and human resource development with the cooperation of the long-time experience of the members in the production of local products, tourism and services ensured the efficiency of the result

CAHA (Bulgaria)

CAHA is a culinary and hospitality sector cluster for Northeaster Bulgaria with over 30 members. It started operating in 2011 and is based in Dobrich, Bulgaria. Its mission is to promote the importance of food quality and culture of eating in tourism sector. Its main objective is to contribute to the development of comprehensive high value-added tourist products and to build a lasting and strong relationship between education and business in support of regional economic development and social cohesion. The main efforts of the cluster are focused on the providing of support for the culinary business, hospitality and tourism in Bulgaria to improve the quality of the products and the services they offer, to provide up-to-date trainings for their employees for upskilling in line with the current requirements and trends and to involve the local community into the common goal of promoting and exploiting the culinary arts and traditions as valuable resource for the region’sdevelopment.
