Inclusive experiences for disabled young people

An initiative funded by the Erasmus + programme. We have brought together partners from different countries of the European Union with the aim of developing inclusive experiences involving young people with disabilities. Giving them the opportunity to have a first contact with the world of work in a safe environment and to decide on their possible future.
But we do not stop there, the main goal of this project is to create the basis so that other people can walk the same path as us and help even more Young disabled people. Therefore, during these experiences we will collect as much information as possible, written and on video, which in the future can serve as a help or guide for other people.
Main Objectives
Our main objectives are:
To help young people with disabilities to overcome the barriers they face in accessing the labour market
To increase the motivation of young people to participate in training processes
To increase their opportunities for training
To simulate a working environment adapted to the needs of specific populations
First contact with the world of work, to see if they could do that job in the future
Give tools to trainers: new approaches to teaching/learning
